From jeans to a chair and army uniforms to a new cabinet and from
old coffee bags to custom-made products. You name it, we design it.

But apart from our standard collection, we are also here to help to create new products from your old or overstock clothing. Just start collecting!

What do we need?

There is value in every fiber of your old company clothing

500KG

In order to let the machines run we need a minimum of 500 kg of textiles. We would like to receive a piece of the textile to analyze the possibilities.
Almost all textiles are possible to recycle and any mix of raw materials. However, only a few materials are hard to work with.

POSSIBLE:

Any course structure ‘knits’, such as Cotton, Polyester, Acryl, Jute, and wool.

NOT POSSIBLE:

Fine woven structures, such as shirts, football shirt, and heavy workwear is not possible to shred.
Also, products that involve lots of Elastane or impregnated fibres are not shreddable.

THE PROCESS IN STEPS

Collecting: 1-3 weeks



1. Send us a sample
Send us some information about the old / overstock clothing.
What is the composition, what are the colours, and how many
do you have? We will check the possibilities with the fiberize company.

2. Start collecting
If the factory agrees, it is time to start collecting.
We need a minimum of 500 kg of textiles, but more is possible
as well. Please note that the MOQ may increase with more kg.

Spinning the rolls: 3-4 weeks


From your fibres, we make grand felt rolls, adding a biodegradable binder. With this half fabricate,
we can make new products!

Shredding: 3-4 weeks


To let the immense machines run, we need
at least 500kg of textile. All the textiles will be shredded into small fibres.
This is excluding starting costs, the cleaning of machinery, and transport.
You can even have this with a certification!

Production: x weeks


It is finally time to recycle your clothing into
new various products.
Firstly, for example, the rolls we can press into solid seats, clothing hangers or any other 3D formed product.
Secondly, the veneer can be applicated in different
end-products, such as table tops, cabinets, displays or
it even come into its own in kitchens.
Last but not least, it is also possible to make acoustic panels.
Then we just don’t harden it.
