Furniture made from recycled textiles

What happens to an old pair of jeans, a uniform or a suit once it can no longer be worn?

For Planq, this can be the beginning of a new product. Together with Rezign, we develop materials in which textile waste streams are transformed into new surfaces for furniture and interiors.

Let honest materials speak through timeless designs

We transform textile waste and biobased fibres into a material, called Rezign Veneer. This material is the base for the Planq collection. The combination of solid wood and steel gives rise to contemporary designs, which tell a circular story through their own aesthetics.

We also offer the Rezign materials separately. Please check out the Rezign website for more information.

A custom-made, circular interior that suits all

We offer a wide collection of furniture but we also love to make custom-made, circular interior products. We are here to help to create new designs from waste materials! Contact us to check the possibilities.

Recycle your own clothing

Together we can make change by recycling your own workwear. Just collect and we will turn the old clothing into new high-end interior products, veneer or felt. Check out more here.

From textile waste to Rezign

Discarded textile fibres are processed into Rezign®, a material that can be used for applications such as veneer and moulded furniture components.

The origin of the material remains visible. Denim creates a different character from military clothing, suits or jute coffee bags.

Recycled denim in furniture

An old pair of jeans contains fibres in which a significant amount of material, water, energy and labour has already been invested. Instead of letting that value go to waste, we use the textile again.

From workwear to interior

Larger textile streams can also create interesting opportunities. Think of discarded workwear, uniforms or other organisation-specific textile waste.

This creates the possibility of bringing material from an organisation back into its own interior. The story of the waste stream becomes part of a new product.

Applications in chairs, tables and cabinets

Rezign is used throughout the Planq collection for applications including seats, backrests, tabletops and cabinet fronts. This makes it possible to connect different furniture categories within one interior through a shared material story.

The current collection applies Rezign across seating, tabletops and Cubics cabinets.
